Branch Unit Head

Responsibilities:


SALES


a. Customer service (walk-in/follow-up & on-phone)


b. Monitoring and reporting of sales


c. Ensures 100% profitability of the clinic.


CLINIC SET UP, MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION


a. Perform clinic inspection


b. Oversee clinic maintenance and meets customer satisfaction


c. Prepare and monitor the billing and requisition reports


d. Monitor and control the clinic's supplies both operational and administrative.


ACCOUNTING FUNCTION


a. Petty cash control, monitoring and report


b. Update of petty cash replenishment


c. Supervise the bank transactions


POLICY MAKING


a. Implement approved policies and ensure adherence of operations staff to these policies and procedures.


PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT


a. Recommends the conduct of needed training courses.


b. Implement the effective appraisal system for regular evaluation of staff.



Requirements:


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience preferably in the skin center or any service-oriented industry.

  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent

  • Experience in the field of Dermatology is a plus

  • Required language(s): English

  • Proficient written and oral communication skills

  • Preferably female with clear and fair complexion
