Training Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire activities of the training and development and endorse them to the Corporate HR Manager for consultation and approval.
• Design and coordinate a staff training program based on organizational and employee needs.
• Develops training resources, which may involve preparing notes and visual displays from researched information or their own knowledge.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or Behavioral Science. Diploma and/or Master Degree in Training and Development is an advantage.
